4.14. cpforager.processing.add_odba

cpforager.processing.add_odba(df, params)

Add to the dataframe the additional odba and odba_f columns of the raw and filtered overall dynamical body acceleration.

Parameters:

  • df (pandas.DataFrame) – dataframe with ax, ay, az, ax_f, ay_f and az_f columns.

  • params (dict) – parameters dictionary.

Returns:

the dataframe with the additional odba and odba_f columns of the raw and filtered overall dynamical body acceleration.

Return type:

pandas.DataFrame

Note

The required fields in the parameters dictionary are odba_p_norm.
