cpforager.processing.add_odba(df, params)

Add to the dataframe the additional odba column that gives the overall dynamical body acceleration.

Parameters:

  • df (pandas.DataFrame) – dataframe with ax_d, ay_d and az_d columns.

  • params (dict) – parameters dictionary.

Returns:

the dataframe with an additional odba column that gives the overall dynamical body acceleration.

Return type:

pandas.DataFrame

Note

The required fields in the parameters dictionary are odba_p_norm.
